Golden Ganja Power Soup
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Jackalope Pharms Avocado Oil Tincture 1/2 white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small head cauliflower, chopped into bite- sized florets
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon sea salt, or more to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped Roasted cauliflower for garnishing
Coconut milk for garnishing
Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. When oil is shimmering, add onion, garlic, cauliflower, cayenne, if using, and turmeric. Cook for 10 minutes. Add half of the coconut milk and 1 tsp of salt, bring to a simmer, add 1 half tablespoon of cannabis tincture and continue until the cauliflower softens, usually takes about 10 minutes. Transfer the soup to a blender and blend to a creamy consistency. Return to the soup pot over medium heat and gradually add more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency. Simmer for 3 to 5 more minutes. Add lemon juice and additional salt and black pepper to taste and serve garnished with the basil, and a swirl of coconut milk. Enjoy the soup and good luck investing!
